For the exceptional classic owner.
This car has been a personal dream restoration of mine for the last 15 years. Originally purchased in 2010 as a project car that needed everything this car was with me as I developed a professional Porsche Restoration business. Since the original purchase I have don't complete restorations to dozens of cars, bought/consigned and sold many dozens of cars and performed restoration jobs for my numerous clients. My skills were honed on the previous cars and I used everything I learned over the years to build this particular car.
The details on this car are of the highest caliber using the very best parts.
Starting with a solid California delivered chassis with minimal rust all metal work was performed by my good friend Joe George a life long Porsche metal man with 60 years of experience.
Factory performance equipment includes: All the 911S specific parts - High compression 2.2 liter short stroke high revving engine, mechanical fuel injection system, external front mounted fender oil cooler only found in the S, Aluminum S big brakes, rear wheels upgraded to the very rare 911R 7R wheels - these look the same as the standard 6s but are an inch wider on the inside and run 215/60R15 tires which are the same as a 1973 911RS runs only you do not need the fender flare to fit them. Front swaybar is upgraded to a larger 16mm swaybar from the racing department, rear torsion bars are larger aftermarket 26mm size.
